b) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services relating to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address sent by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to make full use of all functions of this website. As part of the balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. f GDPR, we have considered the described data processing operations to be of particular interest to us and our customers. You as a user can object to the data processing by Google Analytics. c) Targeting measures
Settings for advertising:
If you wish to control which services and companies use your data beyond cookies, click this link:
https://www.youronlinechoices.com/Google AdWords Remarketing:
Our website uses the remarketing function from Google Inc. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called „cookie“ is stored in the website visitor's browser, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor when they access websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor can be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. According to its own statements, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. If you nevertheless do not want Google's remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.Google Conversion Tracking:
Our website uses the Google AdWords online advertising programme and Google conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify you. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking procedure, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this purpose – for example, via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain „googleadservices.com“. Google's privacy information on conversion tracking can be found here: https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html.
6. Social media plugins
We use social plugins („plugins“) from social networks on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.
When you visit our website, the plugin is deactivated by default. The plugin is only activated when you click the corresponding „Connect now“ switch. Activating the plugin establishes a connection to the servers of the respective social network and the plugin becomes visible. By activating the plugin, you allow the respective social network to receive data that you have accessed our corresponding webpage.
If you are logged in to the respective social network, it can assign your visit to our website to your social media account. If you interact with plugins, e.g. press the „Like“ button or leave a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted by your browser directly to the social network and stored there. If you are not a member of a social network, there is still the possibility that the respective social network will find out and store your IP address.
