When complexity goes under.
The existing shop had grown over the years, with complex product structures, fragmented domains and an outdated Shopware 5 setup. The result was high maintenance effort, unstable deployment processes and a user experience that did not do the brand justice.
Together, we rethought the architecture: migration to Shopware 6, optimized interfaces and a clear simplification of product, category and URL structures. Combined with a consistent redesign and a mobile-first approach, this produced a closed system that flows instead of slowing you down.

Short load times, lasting enthusiasm.
Behind the scenes, we rebuilt the system from the ground up. Connecting JTL-Wawi to Shopware 6 creates stable data logic, while the formerly external spare parts area is now fully integrated and extended with a smart search by article number. Additional performance optimizations ensure short load times and stable operation, even under heavy seasonal load.
