From stumbling block to starting point
What was holding Himmelsflüsterer back was not a lack of ideas, but the wrong setup. Based on the objectives, we put the entire tech stack to the test. We analysed systems, processes and potential – and simplified them consistently. The switch to Shopify Plus enabled new business potential – and turned technology from an obstacle into a lever.

The new shop design focuses on the essentials: a clear structure and intuitive user guidance that leads directly to the purchase.
Supported by a warm colour scheme, this creates a user experience that provides orientation, effectively showcases the treasures – and builds trust before the purchase is made.
Configure, engrave, embrace.
The product configurator is the heart of the shop: intuitive to use on all devices, customisable and directly linked to the engraving production process – technically supported by a specially developed Vue app and automated processes using an AI agent.
A personalised configuration is transformed into a tangible piece of jewellery in just a few days – precisely crafted, quickly delivered, and tangibly unique.

We didn't implement an off-the-shelf system, but created a scalable e-commerce shop in which user guidance and brand impact are intertwined. The limitations of the old system were replaced – and the foundation for real business growth was laid.
